The school leaders of Arcadia Playschool strive to provide the work environment with resources, streamlined to supporting adult-learners. We are committed to building and sustaining a school culture, where everyone’s voice is heard through an open communication. We support our professionals to continue the quest of questioning our current practices to gain a deeper understanding of the impact our work has on children. Our strength comes from our diversity.
